The Experience The morning begins with a refreshing Vermentino spritz, the perfect bright awakening for the palate. From there, settle in for a chef-inspired feast featuring rustic seasonal flavors. Each dish is a celebration of the season, thoughtfully paired with premier selections from our Italian Heritage Series—from the vibrant acidity of our Barbera to the deep, soulful notes of our Sangiovese. 

As you dine, the air will fill with the soaring notes of a live opera performance, bringing the heart of Italy to our Healdsburg estate. The powerful vocals and classic arias provide a dramatic and elegant backdrop to your meal, creating an atmosphere that is as soulful as the wine in your glass. 

Around our cellar table, laughter and abundant hospitality are always the main courses. Whether you are a longtime friend of the winery or joining us for the first time, we look forward to sharing this cherished tradition with you.

Attire: Wine Country Casual- The cellar is the soul of our winery, but its walls hold the cold. Dress as you would for a sophisticated outdoor dinner on a crisp evening—layers are your best friend. 

Restrictions: This is a 21+ event. To ensure an intimate and focused experience for all our guests, we kindly request that pets, infants, and minors remain at home. 

Payment Timing: All reservations will be charged 14 days before the event. If you booked your reservation within this 14-day window, your payment will be processed immediately.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that we require at least 14 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of this culinary experience.
