Very fragrant on the nose with notes of yellow peach, apricot, and honeysuckle. Our rosato is bright, fresh, and textured with more notes of stone fruit and watermelon on the palate, juicy acidity, and a lingering finish.
Food Pairing Notes
This wine pairs beautifully with fresh salads that include beets and stone fruit, and chicken kebobs with salsa romesco. If you’re in the mood for cheese, try it with semi-hard aged cheeses like Gouda and Gruyere.
Seghesio Family Vineyards farms a small amount of this noble varietal on the eastern hillside of our Sisters vineyard on the Home Ranch Estate in Alexander Valley. There, the warm, sun-filled days parallel that of its home in Italy.
