Like the Seghesio Family, the Pagani’s have a history deeply rooted in Zinfandel. This wine comes form the storied Pagani Ranch in Sonoma Valley. The vineyard is completely dry farmed bringing a very deep root system that provides for a rich and nuanced structure to the fruit.

Tasting Notes
Rich with notes of dark ripe fruit, baking spices and anise, Pagani Zinfandel tempts your senses in the glass and on the palate. This wine is supple, with focused structure, mouthwatering acidity and dusty tannins.
Food Pairing Notes
Earthy foods like mushrooms, especially in a rich risotto. Gamey meats like venison and squab, preferably grilled. Bleu cheese – on its own or as an accompaniment to steak.


Like the Seghesio family, the Paganis have a history deeply rooted in Zinfandel in Sonoma Valley. First planted in the mid-1880s by Felice Pagani, the vineyard bearing his name is now tended by the family’s third and fourth generations.
