We offer private large group tastings in our Old Vine Lounge, seated amongst the barrels with a private host. Duration 90–120 minutes for tasting, +45 minutes with tour add-on. Optional artisanal cheese and salumi boards may be added.

Seghesio Family Vineyards is located at 700 Grove Street in Healdsburg, CA, just a few blocks from downtown Healdsburg and only 20 minutes from Sonoma County Airport.
There are six venue options: the Lower Terrace (up to 35 seated), Upper Terrace (up to 35 seated or 60 standing, April–September), Old Vine Lounge (up to 30 seated or 45 standing, year-round), The Grove (up to 200 guests, April–September), The Redwood Room with Terrace (up to 75 seated or 150 standing, May–September), and The Cellar, the premium space accommodating up to 200 guests year-round
Pricing varies by venue and day of the week. Intimate venues range from $450–$1,300 per hour. Mid-size venues (The Grove and Redwood Room) are priced for a three-hour duration at $3,000–$5,000, with $750 per additional hour. The Cellar is $10,000 for a three-hour duration, with $750 per additional hour. Weekday rates are generally lower than weekend rates.
Yes — a minimum case purchase is required with every venue rental, and club member discounts apply. The minimum ranges from 2 cases for groups of 1–24 guests up to 9 cases for groups of 176–200 guests.
Every event includes day-of venue coordination, wine service, setup and breakdown of wine service, standard space arrangement, established furniture and lighting, vendor referrals, vendor walkthrough, on-site event management for the duration of the event, a post-event walkthrough with the caterer, and vendor departure coordination.
Available add-ons include artisanal cheese and salumi boards ($15 per person), kitchen access ($250 per hour), and rental coordination and management (20% fee), which covers sourcing, contract negotiations, delivery scheduling, and on-site setup for all outside rentals.
Yes — private group tastings are offered in the Old Vine Lounge for groups of 10 to 30 guests. Tastings last 90–120 minutes, with an optional 45-minute tour add-on. Artisanal cheese and
salumi boards may also be added. Pricing is $75 per person for tasting only, or $100 per person with the tour.
All events must conclude by 9:30 p.m. The Old Vine Lounge and The Cellar are reserved for guests 21 and over. Wine club members receive preferred pricing on both venue space and wines.
