Chef's Table

For those who desire a superlative wine and food pairing experience, we invite you to our intimate Chef's Table. This tasting begins with a splash of one of our crisp white wines and a brief tour of our historic winery. Then you’ll relax around a shared tasting table and enjoy wines as they are meant to be enjoyed – with food! In this delectable experience, Executive Chef Peter Janiak highlights our most exclusive and heralded Zinfandels and Italian varietals with four seasonal pairings inspired by Seghesio family recipes. And trust us, you won't leave hungry!

founder's flight

Join us for a casual seated tasting of our limited Zinfandels and Italian varietals, accompanied by a selection of our house-cured salumi and favorite artisanal cheeses. This experience is held in our 55ºF cellar February through August, and on our outdoor terrace September through November. Please dress accordingly (layers suggested).

heritage tasting

A traditional flight at our tasting room bar, featuring current and library vintages available exclusively through our tasting room, wine club and website. Reservation required for groups over 6 guests.

$15 per guest | Complimentary for Centennial Club Members (limited based on membership tier)
