For those who desire a superlative wine and food pairing experience, we invite you to our intimate Chef's Table. This tasting begins with a splash of one of our crisp white wines and a brief tour of our historic winery. Then you’ll relax around a shared tasting table and enjoy wines as they are meant to be enjoyed – with food! In this delectable experience, Executive Chef Peter Janiak highlights our most exclusive and heralded Zinfandels and Italian varietals with four seasonal pairings inspired by Seghesio family recipes. And trust us, you won't leave hungry!
Enjoy a flight of current and library vintage Seghesio wines accompanied by our house-cured salumi and favorite artisanal cheeses. Guests will be seated together, family style, and the tasting led by one of our highly knowledgable wine ambassadors. This experience is held in our 55° cellar – with the exception of September and October when it moves to our outdoor grove – please dress accordingly (layers suggested).
