Our culinary garden provides inspiration for Chef Peter’s menus, emphasizing native and seasonal produce grown right here at the estate. With every course, the dish is stylishly presented and each bite is designed to pair perfectly with Seghesio wines. A variety of service styles are available including tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet, plated and family style entrées.
