Chef's Dinner

Be a part of this memorable dinner hosted once per year and limited to 30 guests.  Begin the evening with a welcome reception in our historic barrel Cellar before being invited to our outdoor Tuscan Terrace to enjoy a 5-course food and wine pairing journey through the bounty of Sonoma County.  Executive Chef Peter Janiak and his culinary team will take you on an epicurean adventure, showcasing the spectacular relationship between Seghesio wines and the abundance of local products offered within our community.

October is a special time at Seghesio Family Vineyards. Not only does it usher in the waning days of harvest, but it is also Italian Heritage Month. Join the Seghesio team and celebrate our past and present by sharing wine, food and stories among friends both new and old. Executive Chef Peter Janiak will present a menu of traditional Italian fare, with revamped classics and Seghesio staples that pair terrifically with our Italian varietal wines (and okay, we’d be remiss not include at least one Zin).

Join us for a special members-only tasting of the wines from your Nov shipment.  Enjoy small bites paired with each wine, and sample the newest releases to decide whether you want to drink them now, or lay them down to savor at a later date.
