Estate Update
This week, we were met with crisp mornings and cooler temperatures throughout each day. We have been eagerly anticipating the fall rains that are much needed, and we are excited to finally see them arrive. The intoxicating scent of harvest is lingering in the air as our team works diligently to bring the wonderful 2021 vintage to tank. As you cruise through Sonoma County, the vineyards and trees throughout the valley are covered with brilliant colors of fall, making autumn the most enchanting and beautiful time of year to enjoy a visit to Seghesio Family Vineyards.
Our team is excited to share with you the November release wines. We have opened our library once again to release the 2015 Old Vine Zinfandel, alongside the new releases of the 2019 Barbera, 2019 Pagani Zinfandel, and 2019 Montafi Zinfandel (Centennial 12 exclusive). This lineup will make a great addition to your holiday gatherings. The limited 2019 Omaggio will also be available for members to add to their club releases. With just under 300 cases, we look forward giving members access to this limited wine.
As we reflect on 2021, we are fortunate to have had the opportunity to connect with many of you in the tasting room, through virtual tasting experiences, and by you enjoying and sharing our wines with those close to you. We are incredibly thankful for our extended Seghesio family (that’s you!) and hope to share many more experiences with you in the new year.
